Step 1: complete new charter application for local chapter

Upon receipt of the completed documents, a Forward Latino representative will contact you.  If accepted, the final step will be to pay the charter application fee ($45 annually) and membership dues ($12 per person, annually).

Forward Latino, Inc. reserves the right the deny or terminate charter applications or memberships and will refund application fee and membership dues in such occurances.
